Our practice has recently migrated to a new electronic medical record system which has a new appointment reminder system. This reminder system seems to be causing confusion to our patients because it implies that the appointment is in person at our office. Your appointment is as I have set up with you. If it’s virtual it’s virtual do not come to the office. Unfortunately I am unable to edit this reminder to make it clearer and so I am hoping that this message on my website clears things up.
